Todd R. Friedman

Todd is a civil litigator and trial attorney who represents parties seeking to vindicate their rights.  He has tried multiple cases to verdict and resolved many more pre-trial and pre-suit. He routinely represents clients against large corporations and insurance companies represented by teams of attorneys from the largest law firms in the country.

On a daily basis, Todd works to steer his clients’ cases to a resolution by crafting and implementing strategies that cut out the noise, narrow the issues, and focus on the objective.

Todd started his career clerking for an appellate judge in Palm Beach County, where he formed a foundational perspective on how the law can be utilized to help parties enforce their rights.  He then spent several years working at prominent civil plaintiff and defense law firms that taught Todd how to be an effective and professional advocate.

Representative matters include pursuing damages for secured and unsecured creditors in failed investments; partnership disputes; direct and derivative shareholder actions; complex commercial disputes; residential and commercial foreclosure actions; pre- and post-judgment collections, including obtaining issuance of writs of garnishment, attachment, and replevin; pursuing compensation in personal injury and wrongful death cases against Big Tobacco and Big Pharma; and recovering losses in Bitcoin, Ether, and other cryptocurrencies from exchanges, money transmitters, and telecommunication companies.

Todd lives in Coconut Grove with his wife and two daughters.
